A condition of LCCC membership is that the use of LCCC member phone numbers, mailing addresses and email addresses should only be used for club related business and activities. Club members should refrain from sending other members unsolicited email and/or SPAM. This includes but is not limited to mail or email containing chain letters, business solicitations, political and religious viewpoints. Violations of this policy should be reported to the Board who will review any incident(s) and make a determination if the club member has violated this policy. If a club member is found in violation of this policy, the Board has the option to invoke sanctions, suspensions or revocation of membership as it sees fit.

I understand that images submitted to LCCC can be used in the club galleries and to promote the club.

I hereby give permission for the Lake County Camera Club (LCCC), Chicago Area Camera Club (CACA), and the Photographic Society of America (PSA) (collectively the “Permitted Organizations”) to display any of my images submitted through LCCC for use in Permitted Organizations competitions. I certify that I am the copyright holder of the images. I hereby agree that this work is my original work created solely by me and does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, oral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or party.

I hereby give permission for the Permitted Organizations to display such images on their respective websites (and in the case of PSA on Vimeo - Vimeo is used to display Best of Year movie presentations.)

I retain copyright of the image(s) and these images may not be used any Permitted Organization for any purpose other than stated above without my additional explicit written permission. The Permitted Organizations will not directly or indirectly post these images on any other websites such as social media sites without such written consent.
